Migraines are felt near more then only the pain. It is sensitivity to everything. Everything irritates me when I use do obtain migraines. Light, sounds, people, movement, even walking hurt. They produce you real tired.

I used to win migraines when I lived in smoggy Los Angeles County and also when I lived in the Naugatuck Valley in CT, on smoggy days.

Try moving and cut back on cleaning. I unequivocally believe my migraines were largely cause by smog and the products I used for cleaning the bathroom
