Hi Lina My name is Leena too.
I use unconcerned and kotex which are excellent bu that is because i don't own a heavy time of year but if you do maybe you should try other with the wing very ooze proof and made to with stand weighty periods. My tampons are tampax and engineer sure you buy the right size that fits you comfortable. when ever i wear a tampon i usually wear a panty liner too for extra protection except if swimming or clubbing.

always are the best..try them..they dont filter!!sorry to enter bt try murmur ultra my girlfrnd uses it.
I deliberate they are all pretty similar. I enjoy to change mine quite frequently and if I use a tampon I wear a pad. Good luck
try using something larger, for example a plus or super tampon. if you prefer pad, try using always ultra strong overnights. and also change every couple of hours approaching 4ish esp. with tampons.
always with wing work the best for leaks.

I hate pad!! They are gross! I've always used tampons. If you are a large bleeder, you should use super-plus and change it commonly.always...the ones on the package that voice leak guard are even better.also be paid sure you get the ones beside wings, it help it stay in place and prevent leak even more

Perky Nipple problem (ladys only) - Sensible answers only please?
I think other are absolutely brilliant, and you can other get a more leaky pad than you obligation which will DEFINITELY prevent leaks. As for tampons, if you take the Tampax Compak multi pack, you get Lites, Regulars and Supers. Why not wear a tampon and wad or tampon and pantyliner? That really works too.
