yes as soon as you come onto your period, you can enjoy it few days later, but docs recomned the first year for best effectiveness.

Don't do it! I be on it for just 6 months and i put on loads of freight, felt irritable and depressed adjectives the time.Now i'm off it i'm final to my normal self. I would look into other option, good luck x
