I get a great deal of discharge and I dont know why but every time I decide to wear a pantyliner I get the impression guilty for some reason. Can anyone abet me figure out why I quality so guilty? P.S. I am only 12.

Don't perceive guilty! It's a weird time you're going through where you stop being a child and start anyone a young fully fledged. It felt really humiliated for me too, but it does pass :)

The passion of a pantyliner is a little difficult to acquire used to, if it helps, try and find the thinnest you can (you can bring back them thinner than a piece of cardboard, although I can't give you a brand term as I don't know where you live!)

If it still feel too weird - try going in need, you may get grades on your knickers but they dry pretty quickly.

Try and remember that the discharge isn't a impossible thing, and neither is getting elder. You're not wrong or bad for experiencing exotic feelings, so make available yourself a break!

Maybe you enjoy a yeast infection if you're getting a discharge. It's common. You probably touch guilty because you're 12 and haven't matured to feel comfortable beside your body yet.

Why do you feel guilty using pantyliner? Using panty liner is hygienic and I can never live near out it, If you are having discharges you should make conversation to your mom, maybe you hold infections and that is flowing to cure.

Getting dicharge is just another milestone of puberty. Every girl get it 1-3 years before they start getting their length. It's there to give support to clean out your vagina. You shouldn't perceive guilty about wearing a panty liner, but you don't really hold to. It's something that's going to always be nearby, but it won't soak through and show, so don't worry around it. You'll get used to it :)
