Answers:    These are most likely signs of your first period if you haven't gotten it nonetheless. I know that whenever I get my period, I experience fruitless lower back pains, cramps in my stomach, extreme mood swings (i cry A LOT), and discharge. I can also convey the day before i enjoy my period because I always take a splitting headache. Ibuprofen (Advil) is a good pain reliever if you don't enjoy something else specifically for your period such as Midol.
