Am I Depressed?

My Mother passed away on Mother's Day almost two years ago this May. As of Sunday I've been sleeping excessively, have a loss of appetite (the only article I want is chocolate), I have no desire to do anything, and I enjoy no energy. I am surrounded by the middle of PMS, however, it is not usually this bad. I've notice that I've been thinking give or take a few my Mom more and more this week. Now things that sometimes don't bother me are absolutely aggravating. I'm immediately unhappy beside my husband, unhappy next to my living situation, and just grief-stricken all the time. Does anyone own any advice?

Kimberly, I'm sorry more or less your mother. My mother died some years ago so I know how painful that can be, even two years after that.

It does sound approaching you're depressed, but I think it's what they phone call situational depression. It's normal to have a feeling really sad practical the anniversary of the death of someone close to you. Let yourself consistency the sadness you're passion. Keep in mind that your natural life may not really be that bad, it's only just that you're having a some typical grief and your life will probably look rosier when it have passed. You might need to explain to your husband that you're have a hard time beside the anniversary of your mother's death and he requests to be patient near you for a while.

After a few weeks, if you're still unhappy beside your life, I don`t know you need to bargain to a counselor or somebody about what you can do to translate things.

Good luck, and take guardianship of yourself.

I think I might own lost a tampon?! is this possible?!?!?

Really it is hard going through such a big loss. Though I found great copping skills through my psychoanalyst. If that not for you that is fine. I would volunteer for a while because giving to someone in need will grant you a sense of fulfillment. Good Luck and Take Care.
