i think i hold depression. if you know plz let me know the signs of depression. if you do enjoy depression plz let me know what in that is to do about it. what just about childhood depression? is it more serious than regular depression>?

Hello!! :o) As I see it - in attendance are two different types of depression. There is a 'chemical' depression that is cause by a 'brain chemistry' unbalance. This sort of depression can be help by taking prescribed medications. And nearby is what I call a 'situational depression' which is cause by an event. For instance - your dog dies - you become depressed. If you're depressed and there is NO plain reason for it [you can't infer WHY you're depressed] than you should see a doctor. If you're depressed and the reason why IS demonstrable - then the best entry can do is SOMETHING - ANYTHING!! The very first sign of depression is the insufficiency of interest in doing anything. And the LAST thing you want to DO is anything. [even the simpliest of things - like wash the dishes] As time goes on - the desire to DO something become less and smaller quantity. Some people don't even bother to go in swimming and get dressed. It's a highly sad state to be within. But it doesn't have to capture that far. What is 'childhood depression'? It could be chemical or situational. I think that for abundant adults [myself included] the reason I struggle next to depression NOW is because of the horrible events that took place in my ancestral when I was a child. It's especially difficult [for an adult] to agreement with those 'things' that may enjoy happened to them [or around them] when they be children. As an adult - we try to apply 'full-size logic' to a child's experience. And that's not always smooth to do. And sometimes - it's impossible to do. A child's reality is not other the same as an grown's reality. A child almost other assumes blame for what's going on around them. "Mom and Dad are fighting because of ME!!" [That sort of thing] It is significant - I believe - for us as adults to respect that child we once were. For their thoughts and reaction and FEARS are still a part of who we are. Sometimes - whenever I'm consciousness scared I'll say aloud to myself, "It's OK Craig - everything is OK!!" I hope this helps. And I choice you all the best. Craig!! :o)

You're over-reacting. Everyone have ups and downs in moods. If you're depressed:

1. You want to suicide. A LOT.
2. You TRIED to suicide.
3. Appetitie have significantly decreased.
4. Weight loss.
5. Inability to sleep, insomnia, or restless / imprudent sleeping.
6. Refusing to talk.

Judging by the comment, you're only a little anxious, perchance minor anxiety. Go outside and have some fun. You'll have a feeling better.

signs of depression are:

1.lack of appitite
2.nouns of sex
3. crying for no reason
4. staying in bed for hours even days
5. not enjoying things that once give you pleasure
6.staying in same clothes for days ,neglects hygeine
7.tired adjectives the time, excessive sleep
8. suicidal or thoughts of hurting others

childhood depression and adult depression are really no different except children and teens own a harder time adjusting to depression and they very soon have suicide restrictive labels on adjectives meds
