How to backing her?

i'm really worried about my mom. she is a awfully stressful person and let a lot of little things acquire to her. she is also overweight and does little to no exersize...anyways i'm worried she is going to stay overly stressed with work, house, house, etc., not have exersize, be overweight etc. and die from a heart attack or something :-/
i tried to discuss to her and convince her to not let little things bother her...adjectives she would say is that i could minister to by cleaning the house more...welli could be thats one of the smaller things on the stress list. i know she can't receive the stress go away but she wishes to learn how to treaty with it and not permit things get to her...but she didn't believe me...how do I acquire the point across to her? i tried once but she won't believe me and i'm worried about her strength...and my dad and her will go on walk but she refuses to workout/diet.any concept?

Maybe you could ask her to go for walk with you, and afterwards slowly increase the amount of exercise you do together (longer walks, later maybe try *light* sports stuff)

Helping out around the house is other appreciated. You could also try to spend some 'stress-free' time with her. Is at hand an activity that you could do together that might oblige her relax? Even a short break doing something with you will probably be paid her feel a great deal better.

I don't know how old you are, but if you're ancient enough to submission to cook a meal you could other introduce some healthy food. If you can't cook a teatime, maybe try to grasp your family to switch to fruit/vegetable snacks if they're not something you chomp through already.

Omg i own the exact same problem just verbs the house and surprise her by doing it so shes happy also whenever my mom wont work out i turn bad the tv for her i know its rude but it works then i run outside so she have to get me lol

It requires counseling- you own to see which person is surrounded by her circle of friends/relatives to whom she listens.
She will not listen to you as you are a 'kid' for her. There could be frequent things which could contribute as per your explanation.
But best is if she shares her fears,anxieties and stress factors next to someone.

Just stop disturbing her- a touch of love always back. Always give her consciousness that you love her. Do not give her lectures or nagging...and discuss this issue next to someone to whom she listens.
