Your cousin should be in motion to a doctor or to family planning. She should own an examination and next receive counseling. She needs to know that near is nothing physically wrong near her.
It would be best if she were not sexually stirring at her age. but since she is, the counselor would advise her on how to protect herself from STD's and teen pregnancy.
