urgent! its my breasts. females only plz?

i really feel akward discussion about this but im reasonably concerned so oh well. a few days ago i have some dirt or fluff or something in my nipple so i kind of scratched at it to grasp it to go away right. afterwards i noticed a white liquidy substance coming from my nipple? in a minute if i pull my nipple style of apart this liquid comes out. but singular from the one. should i be worried!? what is it? im only 15 and i'm definately not pregnant please give support to!!
