You might want to use something that will exfoliate your skin like a loofa or tub sponge and also use a body wash specifically made for breakout prone skin. Another entry that helps is if you work out closely dont stay in your sweaty shirt for a long time. Immediately shower and switch once you get home. Hope this help.
