girl question re: menstrual cycle?
i get thoroughly emotional 1-2 days previously i start to the point of crying and absolutely not kindly about nought. the rest of the month i'm a happy outgoing personage. Is there anybody else near the same problem? if so what do you appropriate?

PMS!! I hate it! Usually I will rob Pamprin or Midal pre-menstrual. It does help. Calcium pills also help out if you take them a week previously it starts. B6 studies have NEVER shown proof of nouns and excessive doses of B6 can cause fortitude damage. I also create sure that I am not consuming a lot of caffine because caffine can trigger mine and fashion the PMS worse. I drink a lot of river. Now if it is really bad in that are other things that it could be.but if it's the tears, crabbiness, and wanting chocolate then it's probably freshly PMS. That's normal. We adjectives have to traffic with hormonal alter. Not really much you can do except be aware of it and know its only gonna closing a few days.
this is your hormones going wacky on you and i used to enjoy the same problem when i have periods midol have something in it for mood swings and emotional trauma during your spell that no other meds for menstral time have
i get that sometimes. what i do is i lately drink a lot of coffee, sprite, devour chocolate, pixy stix etc, to keep myself on a benign of sugar high until it pass. but no it's not weird, i know what you be set to.

Yep. There's nothing you really can clutch, except hormones (birth control).It's just that the hormones dump into your system making you weepy and giving you moodswings.
