I too am underneath weight. I weigh alike now as I did when I be 16 years old, and I'm 29 and holding ha ha! I repugnance to be the bearer of bad word, but at 19 you have probably stopped growing, and purchase weight might not start as in my suitcase. I don't care how much I devour, i can't gain any weight. I started intake a lot of rime cream at night and that is to say the only entry that has put cargo on me, but you know the downside to eating rime cream. The weight I gain was adjectives in my stomach, so I'm going to own to give up on that perception. If you feel worthy, then don't be so concerned roughly it. When you get elder you will be glad you are skinny. A skinny person will wallow in being clean, and avoid such things as becoming a diabetic in older enthusiasm. You are in better condition than one might construe. Trust me on this one, you will be gald you are skinny when you hit 40! I will let the cat out of the daypack here. I touch good, and don't own the health problems of any of my friends that are my age. So man skinny has really compensated off contained by my older years. The up side is; we can eat what we want to, we look dutiful, feel apt, and enjoy existence. Don't get too much sun, drink a great deal of water for your skin, and cram to enjoy what you hold, as you may not realize just how lucky you are. If you are determined to gain solidity, discuss it with a doctor, and turn on a diet that he/she reccomends , but realize this; gaining bulk may not be what is best for you in the long run. Like the others have said man underweight for that weight depends on your height. I am 5'6" and weigh 120lb, and I'd voice I'm a little on the skinny side, but not really skinny.

If you surface you are too skinny then I would recommend seeing your Dr freshly to double to check that there is no medical source for your weight.
