I can recount you what I hold done for my cramp that be cause by Endo. Number one is bake. I use a heat wad when at home, or a hot bath/shower, but when I am at work it's not other possible for be tied to a heat wad so I use something beckon Cura Heat. They rock...they work close to a heat wad but w/out the cord. The roast also last for up to 12 hours, which mechanism I put one on contained by the morning and it concluding till it time to climb into bed. Number 2 is Midol or something over the counter for the cramps and cramp. and Number 3 if those adjectives go amiss after I clutch some of my dull pain meds that the doc have given me.
