Answers: My mom be probably typical for the generation. I told her I think I'd gotten my time of year, she took me to the bathroom and told me to show her my underwear, which I did. She took a cursory glance, said, "Yep, that's your period. Pads are within the cupboard, read & follow the instructions," and that was the end of that.
Most girls find getting their first interval something to be afraid of divulging or are embarrassed by them.
You should be SURE to tell your daughter that she can have a chat to you about anything, and hopefully she'll never feel ashamed or flushed or afraid to tell you whatever requirements to be told.

Ah, so good for your daughter :)My mom have bought me pads about 6 months back when she said that she thought I was going to get it soon. I be embarrased so used up the whole pack, then told my mom that I get my first period a couple of weeks ago and that I already used up all of the pad! I don't ever remember my mother conversation to me about what a period be or anything. I do remember getting the typical sex ed class in school. I be lucky enough to be at home when mine first started. I went to the bathroom to pee and found blood. I know exactly what it was. How I told my mom was this: While sitting on the toilet, I cracked unstop the bathroom door and called to my mom. When she came, I simply asked her where on earth she kept her pads. She told me, and when I was finished contained by the bathroom, she made a huge deal out of it. She was congratulating me on becoming a woman. There's no want to be embarrassed. Every girl goes through it at some point. I have the kind of mother I could talk to nearly anything if I wanted to.

My mother was really excited and pleased for me. lol, my mum knew before I did that I be about to start! I was a unsettled developer, 15 by the time I started. I was going on a school trip out of the country, and my mum went up to one of the teachers, and to my utter horror told her that I hadn't started however but she had a strong suspicion that I was more or less to and could she keep an eye on me just contained by case. I was horrified!! But, true ample, 2 days later I went to the loo and notice I had started!I just bought some towels out of the contrivance in the toilet and got on near it, and when I got back from the trip my mum said she in recent times knew it was roughly to happen. How she did I do not know, because I had no impression until it actually happened!
My mum be really good about it though, she give me a quick talk and said I could other talk to her, but she knew I wasn't too bothered as it be easier for me than someone starting at 11 or 12 years old.

Well, I didn't tell her. I just started a few weeks ago. I have really bad pains a few days after, so I told her. I couldn't even stand up. SHe asked me if I knew anything something like periods. well, i never mentioned it to my mum at all, i deal with it myself. she only found out when we go 2 my doctor and i told him while she was in the room!
anyway, i would suggest not one embarrased, but not being all sort of funny and making joke etc. just act commonplace. buy her some pads and/or tampons, explain how to use them unless she has already be taught at school

well my mum be quite surprised I'd started mine as i was solitary 9. She dealt with it great though.
