To strengthen pelvic muscles, ladies should wear giant heels. is it right?
Answers: I wouldn't recommend it. High heels hold long been prearranged to damage the bones surrounded by the foot, cause corns, and spoil to the tendons. While it's true that your posture will be corrected when you wear them, it won't strengthen your pelvic muscles any more than a few crunches at the gym. Even places that sell high-heels recommend that you wear them sparingly. As all right, people who are towering and slim tend to put more direct downward pressure on the ball of the foot to support their vertical largeness. I'm 6'0" and I only wear heels on special occasion.
true i think. High heels will emphatically strengthen your calves and maybe thighs, but i never notice my abdomen getting tighter..although I did enjoy serious back issues and the doc said it be the heels and wearing them for 8 hours...they were an inch and a partially to two inches. The 3 inch ones really hurt...i can't wear those for very long.
Hope i help...
I heard that high-ranking heels bring problems to the knee and posterior also. i have also read it and i somewhat agree beside it because i think this the cause these foreigner look more attractive and their bodies are in shape
but from that light of day i have started wearing dignified heel though i am not so tall.
hahaha
High heels will tilt you forward surrounded by the upper body - not helpful!
High heels will depending on depth and pointy toes damage your foot, i.e., mis-shapen bunion joints
I know someone who other wore high heels from teens onwards her calf muscles and Achilles muscle shortened and eventually she could not put her foot flat to the ground
To strengthen pelvic muscles it is best to do pelvic floor exercises and just wear the glorious heels for those occasions when you want to own a prettier outfit on.
no its in not right
