Cheerleading, Backhandspring back ?!?

Okay, i had my backhandspring for a couple of months and lost it ! i suppose its because i jump greatly high but dont conquer back adequate :[ any tips on how to stop my bad habbits ? because i necessitate my backhandspring back beforehand March 2nd because thats my cheerleading competition and i want to do it in within.

Answers:    Do jump rear drills to a big soft mat or with a spotter. Also own someone put tape on the floor to means out how far back you obligation to jump so you can win used to the feel of how far to travel. (Remember to spatter back for a time bit from the chair position beforehand you jump, otherwise you will drop up instead of back. And maintain those arms glued to your ears so you don't tumble on your head.)

travel on the trampoline and when you feel youself doing it wrong "jump to high" stop and like ground in a cratle type and save doing it till you get it right the trick is that if you practice right youll estate it but if you practice wrong you wont suceed
