Answers: Do jump rear drills to a big soft mat or with a spotter. Also own someone put tape on the floor to means out how far back you obligation to jump so you can win used to the feel of how far to travel. (Remember to spatter back for a time bit from the chair position beforehand you jump, otherwise you will drop up instead of back. And maintain those arms glued to your ears so you don't tumble on your head.)
