The best personal hygiene for sex for women?
Answers: Regular showering should be fine. Make sure you isolated your bladder before and after have sex (this will help grow less chances of getting a urinary tract infection). If you are still really self-conscious try using a hygiene wipe (they're like babe-in-arms wipes but for adults). Then obviously there's always "Sphincterine" wipe. I've never actually used those, so I don't know really how great they are.
Good luck to you.
