The hard lumps have not changed size nor do they hurt. It in recent times freaks me out. Could it me from getting implants? My implants are at the back my muscle if that helps at all. And the lumps are surrounded by the exact same spot on both breast.

Since they have not changed in 2 years, they are probably not treacherous...but you really should get checked by a doctor as soon as possible...that is newly too big a risk to take. Seems unlikely that it would be from the implants if they are underneath the muscle Could be scar tissue, esp. if the nipples were moved at the time of surgery. Please do budge the the doctor and put your mind at ease.
