Nuva Ring..?

Ok i am supposed to start the Nuva Ring birthcontrol today and i don't know how to insert it.also my doctor give me the imnpression that its supposed to be contained by horizontaly and i cant integer that out, it individual make sense to me vertically...any suggestions please agree to me know because this things a distress to numeral out and i don't want to put it surrounded by the wrong method...

I use it and the opening I insert it is vertically. It pops right into place. In other words it turns horizontal when fully inside.
