I think you close to to eat. But, that's a correct thing because I love to guzzle. my thoughts:
get regular oatmeal and attach the water and anything you put in it, replace bologna by chicken, put within some lettuce and eat a fruit afterwards, replace pickles by fruit, put away a salad with that spaghetti and drink a fruit before those cupcakes
Okay... what's wrong beside your diet?? First, Bologna is bad for you, spaghetti is full of carbs, and 3 cupcakes... second-hand goods food as a snack. Try in incorporate fresh fruits, lots of green veggies, and lean meat such as chicken, beef, or fish. sounds wholesome to me.

Instead of all those snacks, try in recent times drinking water first. A lot of times, your lately thirsty but then consume unwanted calories because you deduce your hungry.
