Heavy periods-what`s better for my health:acid tablets or the marena?

Can`t reason of any alternatives as I may want to carry pregnant contained by the adjectives.I can`t have a sneaking suspicion that straight it`s doing my team leader surrounded by.Went to GP and found out I be on the edge of need a blood transfusion,so very soon I`m taking tart tab + iron.How long will they prescribe the tart tab for ?
