Answers: Take acetaminophen!
Drink lots of water beforehand and during your period.
Exercise lots past your period.
-Chocolate, coffee, caffeine, depriving yourself of water, junkfood, etc make cramps worse. Stay away from those during your period.
Check out endometriosis on Google and see if your symptoms are like that, and if they are, engender a doctor's appointment to get it checked out..
I dont know what makes them worse but what may back alleviate your cramps would be to sleep with a hot waterbottle, and to crouch into a ball.
Keep reheat.
A little excercise may also help.
If your cramps really are that bad though it may be a symptom of a serious disease approaching PCOS.
If things really are unbreable you should go see your doctor..
Try having a tub, and holding a hot water bottle on your stomach. Take pain killer as soon as your period is due, *before* the pain starts - discomfort killers work better if you take them up to that time it starts hurting. Your cramps should get better over time, but if they're making you miserable then see a doctor. Get in good health soon :) Depriving yourself of food/water makes them worse.
Pain relievers and exercise (BEFORE you get cramps for exercise) variety them better.
At least, that's what it is for me. It might be different for different associates..
try lying flat on the floor, or lie flat on the bed but with your bum on the rim so your legs ar over the edge, if that makes sense.. hot sea bottle and pain killers . . if they are really fruitless see your doctor and get something stronger..
if your on your period bring midol other than that a hot bath and devour a bannana it helps with cramps. Have curd if ur cramps are due to period..
when i have cramps and im sitting up,
slouching down makes mine surface worse. try pamprin!!.
