I have a pregnant friend with fibromyalgia,..?

And she is miserable. She can't bear her meds because of the toddler. She is freshly starting her second trimester. What can she do to assistance herself discern better?

GO SWIMMING!! This is great for any pregnancy because it make you grain so much lighter. I have a friend who go swimming almost every afternoon surrounded by her third trimester a short time ago to rob the strain bad her posterior. She said it be the merely time she didn't grain similar to a whale.

More than anything though, move about swimming for the fibromyalgia (FMS). I hold it, hold have it for 20 years. I hold tried every drug within the book, one would engineer the throbbing better and the nouns worse, another would be the other passageway around. Every drug have a side effect that I didn't similar to and never really feel "better" so I only granted to offer up on any drugs. Amazingly ample, after doctors recitation me to swim for years, I finally started. What is REALLY amazing is that after 3 months of swimming 2-3 times a week, I feel WELL! Not lately "smaller quantity bad" but all right, approaching I didn't hold FMS. Sure, I still bring a bed morning from time to time but specifically style better than individual have a GOOD morning from time to time, yes?

i support her alot by newly doing some small things for her
helping around the house
and hold out to cook her some dinner sometimes or pilfer her out
the best entry you can do for her is to be nearby and consent to her know your right here for her whenever she wants you
try heat pad i know my mom get really impossible headache and her spinal column will hurt, i close to the things from thermacare that are these little grill pad you can put places they facilitate!
also i would try to merely hold on to her company i assume her have you around will fashion her consistency better,
bestow her mani/pedi's small things will brand a huge impact
