I attain extremely severe large throbbing first year of my time of year. I attain it so desperate that I throw up, cant seize outta bed, receive dizzy, restlessness, chills, and i cant even sleep because the distress is a moment ago horrible. it sucks. I've tried everything from midol, tylenol, hot baths, tea remedies, going to the doctor, etc. None of those ever worked for me. So I use Vicodin (you cant bring it over the counter though) but trust me, it really does obtain rid of the discomfort and it relaxes you too so you are in actuality competent to sleep.

I be supposed to start my time the other morning but afterwards i go and get the depo shot is that regular ..?

If you're looking for something over-the-counter, try ibuprofen (Motrin). Double up the dose. It take a while to work, but it's the best piece I've found for severe cramping.
