I can't do a split no matter what i do help!?

Wow. I choice that be my primary problem surrounded by life span. I haven't be competent to do a split...ever...not even when I be for a while girl and intensely close to the ground. My legs simply don't work that path. And why are you so concerned going on for not human being competent to do a split, anyway?
Got me near! It's adjectives going on for flexibility, but I enjoy never be competent to do so myself (much harder for guys)...

just stretch deeply, if you own a gymnastics place within town, try getting signed up for that if you can afford it.. If not, consequently basically stretch and work like mad. but breed sure not to do it to much, because, you muscles solely stretch or grow when they are relaxing. They don't do anything when they are working to not easy.:]] hope that help. :]]

so i have this problem too. untill my hoedown coach give me some guidance:step 1. slide down as far as you can jump into your left/middle/right side.
step 2. hold for one minute
step 3. stop doing splits
step 4. later dance final into your splits
step 5. repeat acouple times
after dance onto your other side(s)
try to do this everyday, it REALLY WORKS!
