first don't verbs , it is the first step to go and get tough, second ovarian cyst could be treated medicinally or surgically according to it's treatment response, and it is usually occur within one ovary so don't verbs nearly ur fertility, if it go untreated it wreak several problems approaching prolonged abdominal discomfort, unusual cycles, headache...etc but don't verbs it is not close to it is deadly or something
