Nopalina Linaza plus advice?

Have anyone try, or know some who use Napalina Linaza Plus to loose cargo, I would similar to to know if it works' if it protected to use, does it have any side effect ? How long it's recommed to use ?
It's ok to use while taking any herb tea once a day

Yes I've taken it, I am truly taking it right in a minute but I don't know if it have any legitimate risky side effects but my mom did lose 15 pounds. So I am hoping it will work on me too.
