I stopped taking b/c after about 10 years of use 2 months ago. My first term was average but this month I am 9 days late. The week I should enjoy started I had horrible cramps and they haven't stopped. I have a really light daytime and I thought I was starting but afterwards it went away (still cramping) anyone own any thoughts?

Your body has be controlled for a very long time it will bring a while for ot to find it's own rythym again. After I went bad the pill. I had intensely heavy time of year and severe cramping. Give your body time.
