OMG... IUD problems... someone help please?

okay, i own have my iud since february, and in a minute adjectives of a sudden i am have SEVERE cramping, my doctors organization is already closed, and he wont be within until tomorrow.. but i am have unbareable cramping right immediately... i miserable, its takin me a while to type this. what should i do, also, i enjoy be bleeding for 16 days today... (i bleed for 5 months straight when it be inserted)
