An odd lump in my bikini area?

I only just discovered (as within today) a lump contained by the nouns between my thigh & my bikini nouns. It one and only bothers when I put your foot, I'm guessing due to friction. I'm hoping it might be an ingrown down, but the lump seem to massive to be that. Can anyone make available me an inference on what it is or might be?

You own lymph nodes on both sides of your groin nouns. Sometimes they can become irritated and start to bulge and hurt. Is it cause by undernourshment?

It could be an abscess or a swollen lymph node. Hard to share from here.

If it feel approaching it's IN the skin, it's more imagined to be an abscess. If it's red, swollen and bloody, it's specifically an abscess.

If it feel similar to it's UNDER the skin, you enjoy an enlarged inguinal lymph node. It may be a commonplace response to an infection somewhere in your leg, or it could be a sign of something serious.

If it doesn't shift away surrounded by a week or so, see a doctor.
