ok, so I have be taking vitex for roughly speaking four months to regulate my cycle and support my low progesterone. I become pregnant and continued to bring it. My OB figure out that I have a blighted ovum and I should stop taking the vitex to allow the m/c to ensue. So it did. Now wondering when it would be not dangerous to originate taking my supplements again?
