Having my uterus cauterized pros & cons?

I enjoy irregular period that some times end 3 days to as long as 21 days...oh yes I did say-so 21 days...I own an strange (as of yet) peculiar tissue, most imagined it is fibroids, surrounded by the muscle of my uretus. They own suggested I hold the cauterization procedure done. Have any of you have friends own flesh and blood or yourself that could provide me info on the after the procedure pros or cons??
Thanks so much...

Can a untreated yeast infection affect other parts of your body?

I have an ablasion because I have deeply pouring period. I didn't hold a interval for almost a year after the procedure. Since I started have them again they are terrifically feathery and usually singular later a couple of days. The procedure be outpatient. The cramping promptly after be much worse than I expected (but I be still at the hospital and they give me apposite meds), but the overall result be okay worth it. I do take in that you should not try to become pregnant after the procedure as it isn't not dangerous for you or the tot. If you already hold children or don't want any, it is a wonderful alternative to hysterectomy.

Help next to tampons. necessitate facilitate asap plz.?

I read nearly a procedure call NovaSure(is Endometrial Ablation another possession for what you are have done?). Here is a intermingle to it. One of the things it say surrounded by its info is that you can't/shouldn't win pregnant:

Can I still become pregnant after endometrial ablation?

It is key to know that although the probability for pregnancy are reduced following an endometrial ablation procedure, it is still possible to become pregnant.

However, pregnancy following endometrial ablation is terribly dicey for both the mother and the fetus. You should not hold an endometrial ablation if you infer you want to enjoy a newborn within the adjectives. After an endometrial ablation, you should use some form of birth control. Please discuss these issues near your physician.
