It may not hurt at all, you might not even thought your hymen break (it can break easily on it's own during regular activities), and you might not bleed any. A lot depends on your age, how your vagina s constructed, how big his penis is, and most of all, how measured you both are when it finally happens. If you are properly lubricated, and he is slow and sensible, it can be pure wonder with no blood or cramp. That's how it was for my wife and I our first time, so don't sweat it too much...
