What are the symptoms of PCOS?

My sister suggested that I bring up possibly having PCOS to my GYN subsequent week.my periods are sometimes of great length (even on regular birth control), I own a constant dull ache surrounded by my lower abdominal area, bleed when my husband and I hold intercourse at times, have have an abnormal pap smear only just and had a deeply large ovarian cyst ultimate September that seemed to enjoy sparked this sudden 10 month span of hair loss. So...adjectives in adjectives...after speaking with my sister concluding week, she suggested everything that has be happening could be PCOS. Could anyone detail the symptoms?

you will genrally have impossible skin eg - spots and oily

high blood pressure
skin disscolour
