Did i break my hymen?
i was exercising and (i be wearing a pad). all of a sudden a sharp torment came roughly speaking "down there". it hurt so bad. i be limping to the bathroom. i took a 10 minute break and now it doesn't hurt that much. did i break my hymen? verbs a muscle? and i know it bleeds when that happens but i already own my period, so i wasnt competent to tell. because i've experienced affliction before down nearby but never like that :( any give support to from personal experience would be wonderful...

You did pull a muscle, and you did what is call "spotting" out of cycle. You are young and it will come about. That is when bright red blood "spots" on the pad, while out of cycle.
That is ordinary. If you are concerned please talk to your Ob/GYN doctor. They are YOUR best friends when if comes to "down there" and their nurses will answer any question you have.even if YOU believe they are silly, they are not to us.
Hymens breaking generally, don't hurt, they are merely a membrane as thin as plastic wrap. They habitually tear on their own "long past you have sexual intercourse", from bike riding, horseback riding or elevated soccer ball kick.
A broken hymen is not a crime! Most times no one will ever know, including you. Virginity is a totally different issue, explicitly sexual intercourse with another party. Being a virgin is being "untouched" by sexual intercourse and probing you female parts.

Very unlikely, merely sounds like common period agony. This just conceivably the beginning of cramps 4 uYou probably merely pulled a muscle. Unless it was VERY strenuous exercise it wouldn't break your hymen. (Does it really thing anyway? You'd still be a virgin until you have sex)
It cause a limp? Either you have a very nonstandard hymen or you pulled a muscle.
My votes is the latter.
