Could my bowel problems be related to a vaginal lump?

I have notice a lump inside my vagina, towards the 'top' wall (if you're sitting down). Sometimes it is lower, and sometimes its like it shrinks further up. Since notice this lump, it is almost as if there is smaller number room in my bowels - when I entail to go to the toilet, my stools formulate the vaginal wall lumpy, and crowds the inside of my vagina, so there is smaller amount room in the vagina. I'm worried something like this because although I am a virgin, I would like to sleep near my boyfriend, but I'm afraid he will realise there is something wrong.

Can anyone explain to me when the birth control pill should start working on acne?

Men are pretty clueless, you shouldn't worry that he will become aware of. You should, however, worry that you enjoy an unexplained lump in your vagina. Seeing a doctor will help vastly, and will relieve your mind, and you should also ask the doctor about birth control and preventing STDs previously you have sex for the first time.

Oh, and yes, stools sort the vaginal wall lumpy anyway: you're feeling the stool through the wall. You should draw from the lump checked out anyway if it's there when within is no stool present.
