I own a brown discharge but it doesnt smell what could it be?

If it's right after your interval (i'd say up to a week after) next it's just some "not here overs" from your period (old blood). If it's no where on earth near your interval then you should absolutely see a doctor.
If you don't have insurance, or of late don't want to pay - you can be in motion to your local planned parenthood. Their charges are base on your income.
