pad are used for when a woman is menstruating..teh pad attaches to their underwear to fence in the falling blood from menstruation

the vulva take wet because she may be severely happy aroused ...unsophisticatedly its her hormones..we use a pad when we are on our interval to catch the blood that coming out of the vagina..if we do not use this it will result in the blood to seep through out clothing
