The milk comes out of three places on each nipple. There's not an actual, distinct hole...You know how nipples are not totally smooth, they have some texture at the particularly tips...they get bigger and more textured during pregnancy and that's where on earth the milk comes from.

No, there isn't holes surrounded by our breasts - there are mammary glands. Kinda resembling sweat glands. Our mammary glads produce milk after giving birth like our sweat glands produce sweat when we are hot. All women hold relatively the same amount of mammary glands. So, man a member of the itty bitty titty comity, we adjectives have what it take (the rest is fatty tissue - not nearly as attractive).
