Is the cervix "broken" during sex?

Menstural Cycle Help! Puking, Pooping?!!?

No. The cervix is at the very top of the vagina, and is the bottom of the uterus. There is a small passage in the cervix, call the OS. During sex a mans penis may touch or push up against the cervix but it is not broken. Sperm may enter the uterus though the cervical OS.

How do we know that an girl is virgin or not?

No. The cervix is for keeping germs out of the uterus (womb), and babies IN the uterus(womb). It's at the end of the vagina at the vent of the uterus and feels rock-hard or sort of like the tip of your trunk, depending on where you are contained by your menstral cycle.
The hymen is sometimes what's broken the first time you have sex, but not other. Also, your hymen can be broken due to injury or tampon use. That doesn't mean you're not a virgin though, a moment ago that your hymen is broken.
