Why do my nipples get firm.?
How can i keep them from showing through my bra.

...your nipples will take hard.try extra pad bras or tissue in front...i love rock-hard nipples! i know why you get them because if your cold or fear horny your nipples will get easier said than done thts what my girl told me:)

If they're that sensative find a thicker bra or put a bandaid over your nipples before you put your bra on.Oooh, I HATE when that happen! Those bras made from thin foam are great to stop you from high-beaming, but the extra solidity of the material can look bulky beneath thin or close-fitting shirts. There are also little pad you can paste over your nipples lower than the bra.
