every single person have hair on every bit of their body, some people only just have any more of it or it's darker. i don't recommend shaving it, i focus it looks worse when it starts to come back. i would try to bleach it. you can buy some bleach from the grocery store surrounded by the cosmetics section i.e. specifically for bleaching body hair. honest luck!
