Period Question HELP?

Ok i am expecting my period subsequent week and my family is planning a trip to a area park so what do i do bcuz i dont tell my parents when i am on my length but they do no i have started but what should i do i am gonna be misrable

only just pack yourself some tampons and pack yourself some midol.. if you get discouraging cramps... they wont be able to find out unless they see you putting it in... and if your not comfortable near tampons just bring some pad... and you can keep a tampon surrounded by for at least 8 hours... so its not approaching your going to be changing it every hour... you will be fine... and you can jump swimming with a tampon within. your not going to bleed out in the water... a wipe would just be disagreeable in the river...

thi happened 2 me too, it ruined the entire holiday 4 me coz i cudnt jump swimmin nd the pool was fantastic but it looks approaching ur jus gona have 2 stik wif it, soz hun

How does sex affect menstrual cramps?

its ok, believe me ive have my period contained by plenty amusement parks. tampons would be much more comfortable than pads so use those. aside from that it's really no diff than any other morning.

Pain during sex?

Jades is correct. Stock up on what you will need close to Midol, tampons, panty liners and draw from a small purse and put everything you need it it for the afternoon. You might want to carry an extra twosome of panties in suitcase you get drizzling on a ride. That way you will be more comfortable. You will own fun, just be sure you are prepared.

Why do i discern so crap?

Don't panic... Just pack u a few tampons and pocket some Midol before you budge. Also try to stay away from caffiene, and anything real cold, studies enjoy shown that they bring on cramps.
