i other find when i diet that i start to feel completely tired and lethargic and i started taking multi vitamins as i realize that there be not enough vitamins in the food i be eating to keep hold of me fit and healthy.
i would tone down the exercise for a while and try taking the vitamins , i found that i started to get the impression better about three to four weeks after starting on the tablets. formulate sure you get some next to iron in as this essential for the red blood cell in your blood and if you dont hold enough of them you can catch very tired.
if you own been dieting for a year later i'm not surprised you are feeling so low. another item i do when i'm on a prolonged diet is to give myself a break from it every so regularly and just spoil myself for a time or two and eat anything i fancy.
i find it gives my body a bit of a see start and i start to lose weight again.
pious luck and hope you feel better soon.
The diet isn't suiting you. Maybe you need more carbs. Drink more dampen too. Dehydration causes headache & low energy.

You do call for carbohydrates for energy. Maybe its time to bestow the strict diet a rest for awhile until you regain your strength.
That headache thing plus other symptoms reminds me of the symptoms of glandular restlessness which I have have. But your doc should have picked that up.

i wouldnt of thought it could be M.E but maye it is stressed or your diet could be taking its toll. apparently the best path to lose weight is to put away (healthy stuff) once every 3 hours as the blood sugar levels remain duplicate etc.
From what you say, I`d bet that it`s over training coupled next to the diet that`s the problem. You have to remember that to workout, your body requirements fuel, i.e, FOOD!.. Carbs are the fuel that your body burns for energy and a low carb diet is depriving your body of the fuel that it desires. You wouldn`t pour water into your saloon fuel tank and expect it to travel, would you ?. Stop the diet and just verbs to train. In a few weeks you should see a big improvement surrounded by yourself.
omg im the same opening. its your body. its just piece of life.
it can be helped

take a break from the diet for a while it could be stress as your preoccupied with losing weightiness my advice is cut out cast-offs food grill food instead of frying it drink plenty of water dont see it as a diet see it as tough eating when you start your diet again do it slowly and beside somebody else then you are not on your ownlow carb diets arent for everybody

sounds like you might be anemic, which is want of iron. i would go to your doctor and ask them to trial your blood for that. normal symptoms of mortal anemic include feeling run down human being tierd and having no liveliness, you may also be more pale face than your usual self.
