I have surger for a swollen lymph node less after a year ago, and...?

my surgen said that it is possible for it to come back (it be infected which is why i got it popped so to say)
if it comes vertebrae i will have to step under for surgery, in a minute my armpit is hurting again expecially around the scar. I dont see a distinct sign of a swollen lymphnode.
