Building muscle and losing shipment?

Im 5'6 n 126lbs, i want to build arm muscles n leg muscles plus i wanna lose a little bit of round from my stomach and hips. What excersizes do you suggest? n i can also use a little diet advice

For muscle building exercises, I would suggest bicep, tricep, and shoulder workouts for your arms (curls, french press, dips, shoulder press, etc.). For the legs, squats are great but tough, lunges, calf raise, hamstring curls, and leg extensions.

As for losing a little substance, cardio/aerobic exercise will work best to burn those extra calories and watch what you drink. It's really common sense here. Weight Watchers have worked for me as well.

It you are losing bulk at the stomach, don't forget ab workouts to show off that recently exposed muscle.

Finally a question I can answer near confidence. Heres's what I do when I work out my arms: (1) EZ curl's (2) Incline Dumbell Curl (3) Kick Backs (for your triceps) (4) Tricep Extensions (5) Reverse barbell curl (6) Dumbell Curl

For your legs:
Squats, Lunges, leg press, leg extensions, step ups, front squat, quads, straight leg deadlift, then calves.
