heyy im in grade 8, 5. 4", 120 lbs and i want to lose 5 lbs swiftly because i have a big tummy...any suggestions without too much exersise? much appreciated...thankfulness.

At 5'4", 120 lbs is a healthy weight for you. You're not overweight, so I don't consider you need to lose any at all. Something tell me that you're not going to listen to me about that, so I'll give you my counsel. Diet and excersize are the best ways to lose weight. Don't bother with adjectives the quick fixes and unhealthy funds of dropping pounds. They don't work in the long run.

cardiovascular exercises are the best way to lose solidity. what i suggest is jogging around 20 minutes every morning without intake breakfast. and no it's not bad to skip breakfast if you're doing cardiovascular exercises. it helps you burn your oil by being used as energy. pious luck.
