Difficult question because near's no set weight. It really depends on her muscle & rotund mass, does she retain water, how much rubbish she is retaining (the average human body retains about 8-10lbs, pass or take, of waste), etc.

Depends on her age. Probably for a moment more if she's had children and elder. However, I think if she's contained by her 20's probably around 130-150.

The archaic charts that I don't consider accurate state that 5 foot stand weight should be 100 pounds beside 5 pounds added per inch, so 130. But the charts don't take into consideration bone size, density or muscle mass, so they should be retired and you should stick beside a size you are happy near, whether it's 130 or 160.
