I am in my 20s, and married. I work out twice a week and I put away right. I began to gain counterbalance after I started birth-control. My doctor said it could not possibly be due to the birth-control. I need support, any advice?

i have be on the pill for years and i think that it contributes to consignment gain but not too much. i have be gaining cargo and wanting to lose it for a while. i have be drinking lipton black tea for couple months and i swear, it curbs my appetite, it is good for you and i lost 4 pounds. my stir level is close to zilch but i eat surrounded by moderation. i would encourage you to exercise and get through in moderation. don't carry off the pills though. worthy luck!

You might be right but I meditate you arent losing weight because you are stopped out enough, try doing cardio 3 times per week consequently strength training 2 times a week.

The weight gain cause by birth control is only give or take a few 5 pounds and goes away after a few months. I own been on it for years and hold always lost solidity when I wanted to. I lost over 20 pounds merely from walking every day while I be on it. Try a different work out.
